FEW WR TRAINS AFFECTED DUE TO BLOCK AT
SAYAN YARD IN SURAT - VADODARA SECTION
In connection with the ongoing work to increase speed of New Delhi - Mumbai route to 160 kmph, the work of laying of transition system using Geo cell & blanketing materials on the approaches and other related work will be undertaken at Bridge No. 471 at Sayan yard in Surat - Vadodara section. To carry out this work, a block of 4.30 hrs will be undertaken on UP line from 13.00 hrs, on Sunday, 18th June, 2023 and hence few Western Railway trains will be cancelled, partially cancelled, regulated and rescheduled.

BANDRA TERMINUS - GORAKHPUR SUMMER SPECIAL TRAIN
For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Western Railway has decided to extend the trip of Train No. 05054/05053 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Weekly Summer Special train on Special fare on existing composition, timings, stoppages, etc.
According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, details of the train is as under:

Train No. 05054 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Special will now have an additional trip on 24th June, 2023.
Similarly, Train No. 05053 Gorakhpur - Bandra Terminus Special will now have an additional trip on 23rd June, 2023.
The booking of extended trips of Train No. 05054 will open from 18th June, 2023 at PRS counters & on IRCTC website. For detailed information regarding timings of halts and composition, passengers may please visit www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in.
