FEW WR TRAINS AFFECTED DUE TO BLOCK BETWEENVAPI - UDVADA & NAVSARI -MAROLISECTION In order to carry out the work for Strengthening of Bridge approaches by Geo cells for Bridge No. 288 between Vapi - Udvada section and Bridge No. 400 in Navsari -Maroli section a block will be taken. The block will be from 12.05 hrs to 16.35 hrs for Bridge No. 400 and from 12.55 hrs to 17.25 hrs for Bridge No. 288,on Tuesday, 28th, March 2023. The block will further be taken from 09.15 hrs to 13.45 hrs for Bridge No. 288 and from 10.20 hrs to 14.50 hrs for Bridge No. 400, on Wednesday 29thMarch 2023. Due to this block few Western Railway trains will be regulated, Short Terminated. According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details of these trains are as under: Regulation of Trains on 28th March 2023: 1.Train No. 22195 Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi – Bandra Terminus Superfast Express of 27th March, 2023 will be regulated by 4 hrs. 2.Train No. 19202 Porbandar – Secunderabad Express of 28th, March 2023 will be regulated by 3 hrs. 3.Train No. 19016 Porbandar – Dadar Saurashtra Express of 27th, March 2023 will be regulated by 2 hrs. Regulation of Trains on 29th March 2023: 1.Train No. 19015 Dadar – Porbandar Saurashtra Express will be regulated by 01.00 hr. Short Termination of Trains on 29th March 2023: 1.Train No. 09085 Borivali – Valsad will be short terminated at Vapi. 2.Train No. 09159 Bandra Terminus – Vapi will be short terminated at Bhilad. 3.Train No. 09144 Vapi – Virar Shuttle will be partially cancelled between Vapi – Bhilad. Mega Block on 19.03.2023 Central Railway, Mumbai Division will operate Mega Block on its suburban section for carrying out various engineering and maintenance works on 19.03.2023. The details are as under: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus-Vidyavihar Up and Dn slow lines from 10.55 am to 03.55 pm Dn slow line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.48 am to 3.40 pm will be diverted on Dn fast line between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai and Vidyavihar stations halting at Byculla, Parel, Dadar, Matunga, Sion and Kurla stations and further re-diverted on proper Dn slow line. Up slow line services leaving Ghatkopar from 10.41 am to 3.52 pm will be diverted on Up fast line between Vidyavihar and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai halting at Kurla, Sion, Matunga, Dadar, Parel and Byculla Stations. No Mega Block will be operated on Harbour Line between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai and Panvel. This maintenance mega block is essential for infrastructure upkeep and safety.
