CANCELLATION / PARTIAL CANCELLATION / REGULATION / RESCHEDULING OF TRAINS

The following trains will be cancelled, partially cancelled rescheduled and regulated due to engineering works for commissioning of Ugar Khurd - Vijayanagar doubling.

CANCELLATION OF TRAINS:

1.Train No. 17332 SSS Hubballi - Miraj Daily Express will be cancelled from May 28, 2023 to June 6, 2023.

2.Train No. 17331 Miraj - SSS Hubballi Daily Express will be cancelled from May 30, 2023 to June 7, 2023.

3.Train No. 07351 Miraj – Londa Daily Express Special will be cancelled o­n May 28, 2023.

4.Train No. 17333 Miraj - Castle Rock Daily Express will be cancelled o­n May 29, 2023 to June 6, 2023.

5.Train No. 17334 Castle Rock - Miraj Daily Express will be cancelled o­n May 29, 2023 to June 6, 2023.

PARTIAL CANCELLATION OF TRAINS:

1.Train No.  17415 Tirupati – Shri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) Haripriya Express, commencing journey from Tirupati from May 28, 2023 to June 5, 2023will be partially cancelled between Belagavi – Kolhapur and it will be short terminated at Belagavi.

2.Train No. 17416 Shri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) – Tirupati Haripriya Express, commencing journey from Kolhapur from May 29, 2023 to June 6, 2023will be partially cancelled between Kolhapur – Belagavi and it will be originated from Belagavi instead of Kolhapur.

REGULATION/RESCHEDULING OF TRAINS:

1.Train No. 16590 Miraj – KSR Bengaluru Rani Chennamma Express, commencing journey from Miraj o­n May 29, June 2, 3 & 6, 2023 will be rescheduled by 120 minutes.

2.Train No. 16590 Miraj – KSR Bengaluru Rani Chennamma Express, commencing journey from Miraj o­n May 30 & 31, June 1, 4 & 5, 2023 will be rescheduled by 30 minutes.

3.   Train No. 12630 Hazrat Nizamuddin - Yesvantpur Express, commencing journey from Hazrat Nizamuddin o­n June 2, 2023 will be regulated for 60 minutes at Miraj.

4.Train No. 11098 Ernakulam - Pune Express, commencing journey from Ernakulam o­n June 5, 2023 will be regulated for 40 minutes at Miraj.

5.Train No. 16542 Pandharpur – Yesvantpur Express, commencing journey from Pandharpur o­n June 2, 2023 will be rescheduled by 60 minutes.

72 ‘One Station o­ne Product’ outlets across Maharashtra o­n 69 Railway Stations

Objective to promote ‘Vocal for Local’ vision and provide a market for local/indigenous products

Ministry of Railways had launched the ‘One Station o­ne Product’ (OSOP) scheme over Indian Railways with objectives to promote the ‘Vocal for Local’ vision of the Government of India, provide a market for local/indigenous products and create additional income opportunities for the marginalised sections of society. Under the scheme, OSOP outlets at railway stations are allotted for showcasing, selling and giving high visibility to indigenous/local products. The pilot of the scheme was started o­n 25.03.2022 and as of 15.05.2023, 69 railway stations are covered with 72 OSOP outlets across the state of Maharashtra. These OSOP stalls have been designed by the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad for uniformity throughout Indian Railways.

‘One Station o­ne Product’ is specific to that place and includes artefacts made by indigenous tribes, handlooms by local weavers, handicrafts like world-famous wood carving, chikankari and zari-zardozi work o­n clothes, or spices tea, coffee and other processed/semi-processed food items/products indigenously grown in the area.

In Maharashtra, various products at OSOP outlets at railway stations include Banana, Grapes, papad, pickles at Ahmednagar, Sambarvadi at Badnera, leather products at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai, homemade agarbatti, dhoop, soap, phenyl at Chinchwad, leather products at Churchgate, Khadi products at Goregaon, seasonal fruits and food products like Papaya, Grapes, Apples, pickles, papad etc at Igatpuri, handmade Kolhapuri Chappal at Kolhapur, Wooden Toys at Kankavali and Kudal, Chikki and fudge products at Lonavala, Paithani sarees at Nashik Road, Lord Vitthal idols, Kumkum, Agarbatti and other Puja items at Pandharpur, Bamboo products at Nagpur, textiles And handlooms at Parel, handmade purse bags (made from paper & cloth) at Pimpri, Kandi Pedha at Satara, Papad at Shegaon, Solapuri bedsheets and towels at Solapur, Warli art and craft at Vapi & Borivali, soft toys at Vasai Road & Nallasopara etc.
