Shri K. Arul Jothi took charge as Inspector General cum Principal Chief Security Commissioner (IG-cum-PCSC) of Northeast Frontier Railway on 24th March, 2023. He is an officer from the 1995 batch of Civil Services Exam. As IG-cum-PCSC he will be the security custodian of all Railway assets, structures including track and fixtures, rolling stock, signalling gears and Railway buildings and establishments like Station premises, Booking Offices, Administrative Head Quarters etc. within the jurisdiction of N. F. Railway i.e. all north-eastern states including Sikkim and parts of West Bengal and Bihar. Shri Jothi has wide experience of working in field over many Zonal Railways. He has worked in many sensitive areas such as Mughal Sarai, Danapur, Malda, Sealdah and Secunderabad. Earlier in the year 2017-2019 he was posted as Deputy Inspector General cum Chief Security Commissioner of N. F. Railway. REGULATION OF TRAINS IN ASANSOL DIVISION Kolkata, January 05, 2023: Due to bridge maintenance work between Tulsitanr and Lahabon stations in Sitarampur – Jhajha section and construction of one (01) Limited Height Subway in Madhupur – Jasidih section over Asansol Division, 10 hours (from 07:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs) traffic block has been planned on both Up and Down lines in Jhajha - Jasidih – Madhupur section on 08.01.2023. Consequently, following arrangements in train running have been made :- Cancellation of Passenger trains on 08.01.2023: 03769/03770 Jasidih – Jhajha – Jasidih MEMU Passenger 03581/03582 Jasidih – Banka – Jasidih Passenger 03538/03539 Jasidih - Andal – Jasidih Passenger 03678 Baidyanath Dham – Asansol MEMU Special 03675/03676 Asansol – Jhajha – Asansol MEMU Passenger Diversion of trains via Asansol – Dhanbad – Gaya – Pt.
