HOWRAH – DHANBAD SUPERFAST SPECIAL TRAIN TO BE RESTORED Kolkata, February 10, 2021: To fulfil the long standing aspiration of people 03387/03388 Howrah- Dhanbad-Howrah fully reserved superfast special train has been restored from Howrah on 14.02.2021 and from Dhanbad on 13.02.2021. The train will provide easy communication for office goers and daily commuters between Howrah & Dhanbad. 03387 Howrah- Dhanbad superfast special train will leave Howrah at 06:15 hrs. to reach Dhanbad at 11:18 hrs. on the same day. 03388 Dhanbad –Howrah superfast special train will leave Dhanbad at 16:20 hrs. to reach Howrah at 21:20 hrs. on the same day. For the convenience of the intermediate passengers the train will stop at Seoraphuli, Bandel, Barddhaman, Mankar, Panagarh, Durgapur, Waria, Andal Jn, Raniganj, Asansol Jn, Sitarampur, Kulti, Barakar, Kumardubi stations enroute in both direction. The date of booking of tickets for the above special Trains will be notified shortly. 2

North Central Railway Headquarter Public Relations Prayagraj No. 11PR/12/2020 Press ReleaseDate: 07.12.20 Passing out Parade of 2nd batch of 248 lady constable recruits of RPF organised ADG RPF Dr. Anoop Shrivastava inspected the parade and expressed hope for a safer rail travel environment for women passengers On 07.12.2020, passing out parade of 2nd batch of 248 lady constable recruits of Railway Protection Force organised at zonal training centre Subedarganj. The passing out parade of the 2nd batch of zonal training institute and first lady batchof 248 constable recruits of RPF was organised on 07.12.2020 in the gracious presence of Additional Director General, Railway Protection Force Dr. Anoop Shrivastava at RPF Zonal Training Centre Subedarganj Prayagraj. on this occasion, a total of 248 lady constable recruits , including 19 of North Central Railway, 59 of Central Railway, 97 of Northern Railway, 02 of North Eastern Railway, 22 of North Western Railway, 47 of Western Railway and 03 of West Central Railwaysuccessfully completed 09 months rigorous training program and formally became part of the Railway Protection Force by taking part in the passing out parade. On this occasion, Additional Director General, Railway Protection Force Dr. Anoop Shrivastava inspected the parade of lady recruits and took the salute. All 248 trainees were also sworn-in on the occasion. The commander of the parade was Ms. Anita Ola and led the passing out trainees in 08 Platoons (Platoon-1 Commander – Trainee Mohini Yadav, Platoon-2 Commander-Trainee Sonia, Platoon-3 Commander - Trainee Khushboo, Platoon-4 Commander - Trainee Suman Kuntal, Platoon-5 Commander - Trainee K. Nirmala, Platoon-6 Commander- Trainee Madhu Kumari, Platoon-7 Commander- Trainee Seema Bandewar and Platoon-8 Commander - Trainee Chinu Nagar. During the function organised at zonal training institute, ADG RPF also honoured trainees Ms. Nirmala, Ms. Sangeeta Natwaria, Ms.Priyanka Rana and Ms. Anita Ola for their outstanding performance in training program. Addressing on this occasion, Additional Director General congratulated all trainees as well as officials ofRPF zonaltraining centre Subedarganj for successful conduct of training program despite ongoing Covid-19 challenges.He also said that formal induction of these lady RPF personnel in protection force will strengthen security arrangements and women passengers will get a more secure travel environment. Dr. Srivastava wished successful future to all RPF recruits and motivated them to discharge their responsibilities sincerely. Principal Chief Safety Commissioner North Central Railway Shri Ravindra Verma, Divisional Railway Manager Prayagraj Shri Mohit Chandra, Principal head of departments of North Central Railway, Principal zonal Railway Protection Force Training Centre Shri Sanjay Pise and other officials were also present in this passing out function The program was conducted by RPF Inspector Ms. Suruchi Sharma and Inspector Shri Anil Dubey.
