CANCELLATION OF TRAINS DUE TO TRAFFIC & POWER BLOCK BETWEEN SINGUR-NALIKUL STATIONS Kolkata, May 5, 2022: Ongoing traffic & power block on down line between Singur & Nalikul stations, which was earlier scheduled upto 05.05.2022, will now be continued upto 05.08.2022. Consequently, following EMU trains will remain cancelled upto 05.08.2022:- From Howrah: 37309, 37307, 37319, 37305, 37327, 37335 & 37343 - 7 trains. From Haripal: 37308 - 1 train. From Tarawkeswar: 37312, 37330, 37338, 37348, 37354, 37412 & 37416 - 7 trains. From Seoraphuli: 37411 & 37415 - 2 trains. From Singur: 37306 - 1 train. Inconvenience to be caused to the Passengers is deeply regretted. 2

RPF/ER NABBED THREE NOTORIOUS & HABITUAL CRIMINALS AT ASANSOL RAILWAY STATION Kolkata, March 20, 2022 1.On 15.03.2022, acting on reliable sources, officers & staff RPF West Post/Asansol & GRP/Asansol have arrested 3 notorious & habitual criminals who were found moving suspiciously near old Railway Cabin of Asansol Railway Station to commit crime in any night bond train. Many deadly weapons were found from their possession. 2.On 16.03.2022, officers & staff of RPF South Post/Howrah has rescued a minor girl while she was found roaming aimlessly and weeping at Howrah Raiwlay Station. She was taken by one unknown person where she was working as a child labour & left her near Bankim Setu & was handed over to Child Line, Howrah under due documentation for further course of action. 3.On 15.03.2022, acting on information of Security Control Room/Malda through RAIL MADAD & under the surveillance on CCTV footage, officers & staff of RPF Post/Jamalpur & GRP/Jamalpur have rescued a missing 2 year old infant boy from the premises of Jamalpur Railway Station. He was missing from his parents while travelling in 13410 DN Kiul -Malda Town Intercity Express. Subsequently, the infant boy was handed over to his parents under proper verification & documentation. 4.On 16.03.2022, officers & staff of RPF Post/Seoraphuli has rescued an unknown sick male person aged about 50 years, lying helplessly at Srirampur Railway Station. Necessary assistance was rendered & he was shifted to Walsh Hospital, Srirampur for treatment. 5.On 16.03.2022, acting on reliable sources, officers & staff of RPF Post/Jamtara has recovered an unclaimed plastic gunny bag containing 200 bottles county made liquor valued ₹8000/- from 18622 DN Patliputra Express at Jamtara Railway Station. These were handed over to Excise Department, Jamtara for further course of action.
