Special Night Traffic and Power Block for Launching of FOB plate girders at Kurla on 18/19-03-2023 (Sat/Sun midnight) Central Railway will operate night traffic and power block on Up fast line and Dn Harbour line for launching of five plate girders of 8.0 M wide Foot Over Bridge at Kurla station using 140 T Railway Crane The block will be operated on 18/19-03-2023 (Saturday/Sunday Night time) from 11.50 pm to 04.20 am (4 hrs 30 minutes) on Up fast line from Vikhroli to Matunga and on Dn Harbour line from Vadala Road to Mankhurd Due to this the train running pattern will be as under: Suburban: UP and Down Harbour line services will not be available during Block period. Last local on Dn harbour line will be PL-203 leaving CSMT at 11.14 pm Last local on Up harbour line will be PL-186 leaving Vadala Road at 11.08 pm. Kolkata, March 17, 2023 Under the inspiring leadership and guidance of Shri Arun Arora, General Manager, Eastern Railway, Howrah Division is trying to maximize its Ticket Checking Earnings. Divisional Railway Manager, Howrah has made officers aware of the importance of completing the task of maximizing revenue from Ticket Checking. As a result of such continuous endeavour, the total earnings from Ticket Checking by Howrah Division during the current financial year (2022–23) till February 2023 have already surpassed the earnings of this division in the entire period of the previous financial year (i.e., April 2021 to March 2022). The total Ticket Checking earnings of Howrah Division upto February 2023 in the current financial year is Rs. 37,00,84,555 from 8,36,285 cases, which is 145.26% higher than the total earnings of Rs. 15,08,92,185 in the previous financial year (2021–22) from 5,30,856 cases.
