WR TO EXTEND TRIPS OF 4 SUMMER SPECIALS RAILWAYS TO RUN onE WAY SPECIAL TRAIN BETWEEN MUMBAI - CHHAPRA VIA VASAI RD, SURAT, VADODARA. 16 TRAINS RUN FOR NORTH/EASTERN SECTOR on 22ND APRIL, 2021 For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Trips of 4 special trains are being extended. In addition, a onE way special train between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Chhapra via Vasai Road, Surat and Vadodara on Sunday, 25th April.2021 Ex Mumbai has been announced. According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, In the month of April 2021, till date, WR has ran 268 special trains to facilitate the passengers of northern and eastern sector of the country out of which 52 are summer specials. Adequate arrangements have been made at stations to facilitate, help & guide passengers as well as to ensure Covid appropriate behaviour in the railway premises. Trips of 4 Summer Specials : Train No. 09073/09074 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Special Train on Special Fare The trips of Train No. 09073 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Special Train has been extended and It will now run on 28th & 29th April, 2021 also. Similarly, the trips of Train No. 09074 Gorakhpur – Bandra Terminus has been extended and it will now run on 30th April, 2021 & 1st May, 2021 also. Train No. 09035/09036 Mumbai Central – Manduadih – Dadar Superfast Special Train on Special Fare The trip of Train No. 09035 Mumbai Central - Manduadih Special Train has been extended and now it will run on 28th April 2021 also. Similarly, the trip of Train No. 09036 Manduadih – Dadar Special has been extended and it will now on 30th April,2021 also. Train No. 09079/09080 Bandra (T) – Bhagat Ki Kothi Special Train on Special Fare The trip of Train No. 09079 Bandra (T) – Bhagat Ki Kothi Special Train has been extended and it will now run on 1st May,2021 also. Similarly, The trip of Train No. 09080 Bhagat Ki Kothi – Bandra (T) Special has been extended and it will now on 2nd May, 2021 also. Train No. 09521/09522 Rajkot – Samastipur Special Train on Special Fare The trip of Train No. 09521 Rajkot - Samastipur Special Train has been extended and it will now run on 28th April 2021 also . Similarly, the trip of Train No. 09522 Samastipur – Rajkot Special has been extended and it will now run on 1st May, 2021 also. One trip of Train No. 01233 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Chhapra one Way Special Train No. 01233 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Chhapra Special will depart from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 14.30 hrs on Sunday, 25th April, 2021 and will reach Chhapra at 12.50 hrs on Tuesday, 27th April, 2021. Enroute this train will halt at Thane, Bhivandi Road, Vasai Road, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Bayana Jn, Agra Fort, Tundla Jn, Kanpur Central, Aishbagh, Gonda Jn, Basti, Gorakhpur, Bhatni Jn and Siwan Jn stations. This train comprises of AC 3 Tier, Sleeper and Second Class Seating coaches. The Booking of extended trips of train 09035, 09073, 09079 & 09521 will open on 24th April,2021 at nominated PRS counters and on IRCTC website. It is worth mentioning that only passengers having confirmed tickets will be permitted to board these special trains. Passengers are requested by Western Railway, to adhere all norms, SOPs related to COVID-19 during the boarding, travel and at destination. 2

For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Railways has decided to run one additional special train between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Chhapra via Vasai Road & Surat. In addition, timing of train no 09036 Manduadih – Dadar has been revised at enroute stations and its terminating station. This train will now arrive/terminate at Dadar at 4.45 hrs instead of 4.30 hrs. According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, for the convenience of passengers, Western Railway is taking all possible efforts to facilitate smooth travelling during Summer season. Summer special are being run by WR besides extending holiday specials and regular special train to facilitate the passengers, specially of northern and eastern sector of the country. In this regard, it is stated that in the month of April 2021, till date, WR has run 252 special trains for the North and Eastern sectors including 47 Summer Specials in last 12 days as Summer Specials are being run from 10th April,2021. WR has announced 50 Summer Specials with 210 trips to various destinations for the convenience of passengers. Train No. 01225/ 01226 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Chhapra Special Train No. 01225 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Chhapra Special will depart from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 14.30 hrs on Friday, 23rd April, 2021 and will reach Chhapra at 10.50 hrs on Sunday, 25th April, 2021. Similarly, Train No. 01226 Chhapra – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Special will depart from Chhapra on Monday, 26th April, 2021 at 05.40 hrs and will reach Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 00.40 hrs on Wednesday. Enroute this train will halt at Thane, Bhivandi Road, Vasai Road, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Bayana Jn, Agra Fort, Tundla Jn, Kanpur Central, Aishbagh, Gonda Jn, Basti, Gorakhpur, Bhatni Jn and Siwan Jn stations. This train comprises of Second Class Seating coaches. Revision in timing of train no 09036 Manduadih – Dadar Special Timing of train no. 09036 has been revised at various enroute stations and on its terminating station. This train will now arrive/terminate at Dadar at 4.45 hrs instead of 4.30 hrs. Over WR, timing of arrival/departure of this train at has been revised at Ratlam, Vadodara, Surat, Vapi and Borivali stations.
