REGULATION OF TRAINS FOR BRIDGE MAINTENANCE WORK IN EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY

Kolkata, May 10, 2022:

For maintenance of bridge no 1 in between Samastipur & Muktapur stations, 06.00 hours (09:45 hrs. to 14.45 hrs.) Traffic & Power block has been planned o­n 14.05.2022 (Saturday) & 17.05.2022 (Tuesday). Consequently, 13043 Howrah - Raxaul Express (Journey Commencing o­n 13.05.2022) & 17005 Hyderabad Decan - Raxaul Express (Journey Commencing o­n 12.05.2022) will be diverted via Samastipur - Muzaffarpur - Sitamarhi instead of Samastipur - Darbhanga - Sitamarhi and 15553 Bhagalpur- Jaynagar Express (Journey Commencing o­n 14.05.2022) will be rescheduled by 120 minutes from Bhagalpur.

Inconvenience caused to the passengers is deeply regretted.

Due to track renewal works between Jolarpettai – Latteri section of Southern Railway, a traffic block has been imposed. Consequently, the following trains are regulated as detailed below:-

Accordingly,

1) Train No. 17209 KSR Bengaluru – Kakinada Town Seshadri Express will be regulated at Melpatti for 1 Hour 10 Minutes o­n 09th & 10th June, 2019; 1 hour 40 minutes o­n 16th June, 2019; 40 minutes o­n 17th June, 2019; 1 hour 20 minutes at Vinnamangulam o­n 23rd & 24th June, 2019 and 1 hour 40 minutes at Pachchakuppam o­n 02nd July, 40 minutes o­n 03rd July, 2019.

2) Train No.12578 Mysuru – Darbhanga Bagmati Express will be regulated at Valathoor for 2 hours 40 minutes o­n 09th June, 2019, 2 hours 10 minutes o­n 16th June, 2019 and for 2 hours 10 minutes at Melpatti o­n 02nd July, 2019.

3) Train No. 12246 Yesvantpur – Howrah Duronto Express will be regulated at Valathoor for 1 hour 30 minutes o­n 10th June, 2019, 1 hour 10 minutes o­n 17th June, 2019; 2 hours at Vinnamangulam o­n 24th June, 2019 and 1 hour 10 minutes at Melpatti o­n 17th June, 2019.
