CANCELLATION OF TRAFFIC AND POWER BLOCK OVER EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY

Kolkata, February 28, 2022:

            Traffic & power block for 06 hours between Bandhua & Tankuppa over Dhanbad Division, which was planned o­n 01.03.2022 by East Central Railway, has been cancelled. Hence, the arrangements in train running had been planned for 01.03.2022 which was informed through press release no. 2022/02/48 dated 16.02.2022 will be treated as cancelled. All trains will run in schedule time and proper path in the above section o­n 01.03.2022.

REGULATION OF TRAINS FOR TRAFFIC & POWER BLOCK OVER EC RAILWAY

Kolkata, February 16, 2022:

            For maintenance of bridge between Bandhua & Tankuppa stations, 06 hours (08:40 hrs. to 14:40 hrs.) traffic & power block o­n down line has been planned o­n 01.03.2022.

            Consequently, following arrangements in train running has been made:-

Rescheduling:

·03554 Varanasi – Asansol MEMU Passenger Special (Journey Commencing o­n 01.03.2022) will be rescheduled by 02 hours.

            Moreover, 12382 New Delhi – Howrah Poorva Express (Journey Commencing o­n 28.02.2022) will be diverted via Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay – Patna – Jhajha – Asansol instead of Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay – Gaya – Koderma – Dhanbad – Asansol.

            Inconvenience to be caused to the passengers is deeply regretted.
