16 Trains from (SC)SECUNDERABAD JN to (SKP)SHANKARPALLI

Shri K. Arul Jothi took charge as Inspector General cum Principal Chief Security Commissioner (IG-cum-PCSC) of Northeast Frontier Railway o­n 24^th March, 2023. He is an officer from the 1995 batch of Civil Services Exam. As IG-cum-PCSC he will be the security custodian of all Railway assets, structures including track and fixtures, rolling stock, signalling gears and Railway buildings and establishments like Station premises, Booking Offices, Administrative Head Quarters etc. within the jurisdiction of N. F. Railway i.e. all north-eastern states including Sikkim and parts of West Bengal and Bihar.

Shri Jothi has wide experience of working in field over many Zonal Railways. He has worked in many sensitive areas such as Mughal Sarai, Danapur, Malda, Sealdah and Secunderabad. Earlier in the year 2017-2019 he was posted as Deputy Inspector General cum Chief Security Commissioner of N. F. Railway. Before joining as the IG-cum-PCSC of Northeast Frontier Railway, he was posted as the IG-cum-PCSC of Rail Wheel Factory based at Yelahanka, Bangalore.

RUNNING OF SUMMER SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN SECUNDERABAD/HYDERABAD AND ARSIKERE

South Central Railway has decided to run summer special trains between Hyderabad / Secunderabad and Arsikere as per demand to clear extra summer rush as per details mentioned below: -

1.Train No. 07233 / 07234 Secunderabad – Arsikere – Secunderabad Weekly Special Express: -

Train No. 07233 Secunderabad – Arsikere Weekly Special Express will depart from Secunderabad at 08.00 PM o­n every Thursday from 30.03.2023 to 29.06.2023 and arrive Arsikere at 01.00 PM o­n respective next day.

In the return direction Train No. 07234 Arsikere – Secunderabad Weekly Special Express will depart from Arsikere at 02.00 PM o­n every Friday from 31.03.2023 to 30.06.2023 and arrive Secunderabad at 07.35 AM o­n respective next day.

The train will have stoppages at Kacheguda, Umdanagar, Shadnagar, Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar, Wanaparthi Road, Gadwal, Raichur, Guntakal, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Hindupur, Yelahanka, Chikkabanavara, Tumakuru.

The train will have a composition of 24 coaches i.e., TWO AC 2 – Tier, SEVEN AC 3 – Tier, ELEVEN Second Class Sleeper, TWO General Second Class, TWO Second Class Luggage - cum Brake Vans. The fare of this train will be charged @ 1.3 times.

2.Train No. 07265 / 07266 Hyderabad – Arsikere – Hyderabad Weekly Special Express: -

Train No. 07265 Hyderabad – Arsikere Weekly Summer Special Express will depart from Hyderabad at 07.10 PM o­n every Tuesday from 04.04.2023 to 27.06.2023 and arrive Arsikere at 01.00 PM o­n respective next day.

In the return direction Train No. 07266 Arsikere – Hyderabad Weekly Summer Special Express will depart from Arsikere at 02.00 PM o­n every Wednesday from 05.04.2023 to 28.06.2023 and arrive Hyderabad at 08.30 AM o­n respective next day.

The train will have stoppages at Secunderabad, Kacheguda, Umdanagar, Shadnagar, Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar, Wanaparthi Road, Gadwal, Kurnool City, Dhone, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Hindupur, Yelahanka, Chikkabanavara, Tumakuru in both directions.

The train will have a composition of 21 coaches i.e., ONE AC 2 – Tier, SEVEN AC 3 – Tier, NINE Second Class Sleeper, TWO General Second Class, o­nE Second Class Luggage - cum Brake Vans with divvang jan compartment, ONE Luggage cum Brake Vans with Generator Car. The fare of this train will be charged @ 1.3 times.
