Special Trains between Pune and Amravati via Kurduwadi, Latur, Purna Central Railway will run special trains between Pune and Amravati via Kurduwadi, Latur, Purna to clear the extra rush of passengers as per details given below: 01439 special will Pune at 22.50 hrs on every Friday and Sunday from 16.12.2022 to 26.02.2023 and will arrive Amravati at 17.30 hrs next day. 01440 special will leave Amravati at 19.50 hrs every Saturday and Monday from 17.12.2022 to 27.02.2023 and will arrive Pune at 16.20 hrs next day. Halts: Uruli, Daund Jn, Jinti Road, Jeur, Kurduwadi Jn, Barsi Town, Osmanabad, Latur, Latur Road, Parli Vaijnath, Parbhani Jn, Purna Jn, Basmat, Hingoli, Washim, Akola Jn, Murtizapur Jn, and Badnera Jn. - Annual inspection between Gooty – Kadapa - Renigunta Section Shri Arun Kumar Jain, General Manager, South Central Railway undertook Annual Inspection of Gooty – Renigunta section of Guntakal Division today i.e., 29th November, 2022. He was accompanied by Sri Venkata Ramana Reddy, Divisional Railway Manager, Guntakal Division and other senior officials were also accompanied throughout the inspection. The General Manager inaugurated Sewage Treatment Plant at Gooty Railway Station, reviewed capacity enhancement works of Gooty By-pass line. The General Manager inspected Level Crossing Gate between Gooty –Juturu stations where he examined safety aspects and interacted with the Gateman. He inspected Traction Sub Station and inaugurated solar pump at Level Crossing Gate. He also inspected Road under Bridge and Major Bridge between Juturu – Komali stations. Later, he inspected Tadipatri station, reviewed various passenger amenities, inspected Station Manager’s office, booking office, circulating area and railway colony. He also inspected Kondapuram railway station and watering points at station platforms. Later, he conducted a speed test between Kondapuram – Muddanuru – Yerraguntla sections. Shri Arun Kumar Jain visited Yerraguntla Railway Station, reviewed various passenger amenities, and inspected Station Manager’s office, booking office, circulating area and also interacted with public representatives and organized unions. He inaugurated Park, RPF barracks, new Running Room building, 30KWp solar plant near the station premises. The General Manager declared Yerraguntla railway station as ‘NET ZERO’ energy station. Later, he inspected Minor Bridge & Points between Yerraguntla – Kadapa stations. The General Manager visited Kadapa Railway Station, reviewed various passenger amenities and inspected booking office, circulating area. He inspected Health Unit and inaugurated ‘Miyawaki Model Park’ at Kadapa Railway Station. He also inaugurated New Gym in Railway Institute, Kadapa. Later, Shri A.K.Jain conducted a speed test between Pullampet – Anantarajupet stations to examine the increase of sectional speed capacity to run trains with enhanced speed in the section.
