दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे SOUTH EASTERN RAILWAY प्रेस विज्ञप्ति PRESS RELEASE SER TO RUN TWO PAIRS OF RATH YATRA SPECIAL BETWEEN ROURKELA AND PURI Kolkata, 25th June, 2019: With a view to clear extra rush of passengers during Rath Yatra Festival, South Eastern Railway has decided to run two pairs of Special train between Rourkela-Puri-Rourkela leaving Rourkela on 03.07.19 & 11.07.19 and leaving Puri on 04.07.19 & 12.07.19. 08131 Rourkela-Puri Special leaving Rourkela at 23.40 hrs will reach Puri at 10.30 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, 08132 Puri-Rourkela Special leaving Puri at 18.50 hrs will arrive Rourkela at 04.15 hrs, the next day. The trains will have three AC-3 tier, seven Sleeper Class and six General Second Class Coaches with stoppages at Jharsuguda, Rengali, Sambalpur City, Jujomura, Rairakhol, Bamur, Boinda, Jarapada, Angul, Talcher Road, Meramandoli, Hindol Road, Dhenkanal, Raj Athagarh, Radha Kishorepur, Ghantikal Nidipur, Barang, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar, Lingaraj Temple Road, Retang, Khurda Road, Kanas Road, Delang, Sakhi Gopal and Malatipatpur between Rourkela and Puri. ----------------- 2

UNION MINISTER INAUGURATED AND DEDICATED PASSENGER AMENITIES & FACILITIES AT BHUBANESWAR, BRAHMAPUR & TALCHER STATIONS AND ANNOUNCED EXTENSION & ADDITIONAL STOPPAGE OF TRAINS AT VARIOUS STATIONS. Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Railway and Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Communications Shri Manoj Sinh dedicated and inaugurated different passenger amenities at Bhubaneswar, Brahmapur & Talcher Stations through video conferencing from Railway Auditorium at Bhubaneswar in presence of Union Minister of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, today. Shri Sinha laid the foundation stone of New Escalator at Bhubaneswar Railway and dedicated Escalator & Foot Over Bridge at Brahmapur Railway Station and Passenger Amenities & improved Circulating Area at Talcher Railway Station through video conferencing from Railway Auditorium at Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar. Shri Sinha also announced extension, increase in frequency and additional stoppage of some trains during the occasion. These include.... 01.Extension of Hazrat Nizamuddin-Raigarh Gondwana Express up to Sambalpur via Jharsuguda Road. 02.Increase in frequency of Sambalpur-Howrah Express via Angul & Bhadrak from weekly to tri-weekly. 03.Stoppage of Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Rajdhani Express via Angul at Dhenkanal, Howrah-SSPN Express & Haldia-Chennai Express at Balasore, Howrah-Kanyakumari Express at Bhadrak, Purulia-Villupuram Express at Jaleswar, Puri-Paradeep & Puri-Barbil Express at Kanas Road, Howrah-Puri Dhauli Express at Markona, Puri-New Delhi Neelachal Express and Kendujhargarh-Bhubaneswar passenger at Dhanmandal Railway Stations. Apart from this, Shri Sinha also dedicated 280 Rural Wi-Fi Hotspots and Wi-Fi Choupal Project of Common Service Centre (CSC) for 100 Gram Panchayats of Jagatsinghpur District of Odisha, 400 numbers of 2G based Transmission Stations & 480 numbers of 3G based Transmission Stations in Odisha, Comprehensive Pearl Archive Network for 708 sites and Multi-Protocol Lable Switching Transport based Packet Aggregation Network (MNH-PAN) of BSNL in Odisha. Shri Sinha also unveiled some CSR related projects pertaining to Deogarh like laid foundation stone for Community Centre for Culture at Deogarh Town, Developmental Works in Deogarh Panchayat High School at Adas & Primary School at Deogarh and also inaugurated Public Park at Purunagarh in Deogarh, Developmental work of Bania Sahi Primary School. Shri Sinha also handed over Sanitary Napkin Manufacturing machines donated by Central Government PSUs like Nalco, NTPC & Oil Companies to Common Service Centre and witnessed the signing of MoU between Marketing Companies and CSC Group.
