General Manager awarded 05 railway staff of NCR for extraordinary commitment towards safety

Shri Sagar Kumar conferred  with "Employee of the Month Award" for the month of July

On 12.07.2022, General Manager, North Central Railway, Shri Pramod Kumar conferred awards to staff for their alertness and contribution towards safety in train operations in the presence of PHODs  of North Central Railway. 05 Railway staff were conferred with Safety awards by the General Manager o­n the occasion. Awarded employees includeShri Pawan Kumar, Track Maintainer/Manikpur/Prayagraj Division, Shri Prem Prakash, JE/Signal, Pankidham/Prayagraj Division, Shri Ram Singh, Dy. Station Superitendent/Matatila/Jhansi Division, Shri Deepak Kumar Pathak, Gateman/Achhnera/Agra Division, and Shri Sagar Kumar, Pointsman/Panki/Prayagraj Division.

Shri Sagar Kumar, has been awarded the Safety Award for the Employee for the month of July. Shri Sagar Kumar in the course of his railway duty, while showing utmost prudence and vigilance, detected the broken axle face plate of fourth coach of train number 12488 o­n 05.07.22 .

The General Manager expressed his gratitude to the entire family by sending a letter of thanks to the wife of Shri Sagar Kumar.

REGULATION OF TRAINS FOR BRIDGE MAINTENANCE WORK IN EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY

Kolkata, May 10, 2022:

 

For maintenance of bridge no 1 in between Samastipur & Muktapur stations, 06.00 hours (09:45 hrs. to 14.45 hrs.) Traffic & Power block has been planned o­n 14.05.2022 (Saturday) & 17.05.2022 (Tuesday). Consequently, 13043 Howrah - Raxaul Express (Journey Commencing o­n 13.05.2022) & 17005 Hyderabad Decan - Raxaul Express (Journey Commencing o­n 12.05.2022) will be diverted via Samastipur - Muzaffarpur - Sitamarhi instead of Samastipur - Darbhanga - Sitamarhi and 15553 Bhagalpur- Jaynagar Express (Journey Commencing o­n 14.05.2022) will be rescheduled by 120 minutes from Bhagalpur.

Inconvenience caused to the passengers is deeply regretted.
