WESTERN RAILWAY TO EXTEND TRIP OF 

BANDRA TERMINUS - GORAKHPUR SUMMER SPECIAL TRAIN

For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Western Railway has decided to extend the trip of Train No. 05054/05053 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Weekly Summer Special train o­n Special fare o­n existing composition, timings, stoppages, etc.

According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, details of the train is as under:

●Train No. 05054/05053 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Weekly Summer Special

Train No. 05054 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Special will now have an additional trip o­n 24^th June, 2023.

Similarly, Train No. 05053 Gorakhpur - Bandra Terminus Special will now have an additional trip o­n 23^rd June, 2023.

The booking of extended trips of Train No. 05054 will open from 18^th June, 2023 at PRS counters & o­n IRCTC website. For detailed information regarding timings of halts and composition, passengers may please visit www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in.

The coach composition of the following train services will be revised as detailed with effect from dates mentioned below:

1.In Train No. 16603 Mangaluru Central - Thiruvananthapuram Central Maveli Express o­ne Sleeper Class Coach will be replaced by One AC Three Tier Coach Ex Mangaluru Central with effect from 11.09.2023

2.In Train No.16604 Thiruvananthapuram Central - Mangaluru Central Maveli Express o­ne Sleeper Class Coach will be replaced by One AC Three Tier Coach Ex. Thiruvananthapuram Central with effect from12.09.2023

3.In Train No. 12602 Mangaluru Central - Dr MGR Chennai Central Superfast Mail Express o­ne Sleeper Class Coach will be replaced by One AC Three Tier Coach Ex. Mangaluru Central with effect from13.09.2023 

4.In Train No. 22637 Dr MGR Chennai Central - Mangaluru Central West Coast Express Express o­ne Sleeper Class Coach will be replaced by One AC Three Tier Coach Ex. Dr MGR Chennai Central with effect from 14.09.2023

5.In Train No.22638 Mangaluru Central - Dr MGR Chennai Central West Coast Express Express o­ne Sleeper Class Coach will be replaced by One AC Three Tier Coach Ex. Mangaluru Central with effect from 15.09.2023 

6.In Train No.12601 Dr MGR Chennai Central - Mangaluru Central Superfast Mail Express o­ne Sleeper Class Coach will be replaced by One AC Three Tier Coach Ex. Dr MGR Chennai Central with effect from 16.09.2023 

7.In Train No. 16630 Mangaluru Central - Thiruvananthapuram Central Malabar Express Express o­ne Sleeper Class Coach will be replaced by One AC Three Tier Coach Ex. Mangaluru Central with effect from 17.09.2023 

8.In Train No.16629 Thiruvananthapuram Central - Mangaluru Central Central Malabar Express Express o­ne Sleeper Class Coach will be replaced by One AC Three Tier Coach Ex. Thiruvananthapuram Central with effect from 18.09.2023

The Coach Composition after the revision of the above trains will be

1- AC First Class Cum AC Two Tier Coach, 1- AC Two Tier Coach, 5- AC Three Tier Coaches, 9- Sleeper Class Coaches, 5- General Second Class Coaches& 2- Second Class (Divyangjan Friendly) (Total: 23 coaches)
