STOPPAGE OF TRAINS AT CHAKULIA STATION

Kolkata, 24th May, 2023:

Stoppage of 18030/18029 Shalimar-LTT-Shalimar Express will be provided at Chakulia station till further advice as per the following schedule: 

·18030 Shalimar-LTT Express, journey commencing w.e.f 25.05.2023 will arrive Chakulia station at 19:04 hrs and will depart at 19:06 hrs. 

 

 

·18029 LTT-Shalimar Express, journey commencing w.e.f 25.05.2023 will arrive Chakulia station at 07:34 hrs and will depart at 7:36 hrs.

IMMEDIATE ACTION BY RAILWAYS


Passenger received his left behind bag after grievance lodged in Rail Madad portal.


Railways took immediate action o­n a complaint regarding left behind bag through Rail Madad portal.

A passenger named Bimal Kumar Bidyadhar travelling in Sambalpur-Rayagada Inter City Express from Barpali to Kesinga, today, lodged a complaint in Rail Madad about his left behind bag.

Railways took immediate action and assured Shri Bidyadhar that all efforts will be taken to recover the left behind bag. RPF officials at Muniguda and Sambalpur were informed. Later, RPF Team at Muniguda retrieved the left behind bag and handed over to the complainant with proper verification.

The passenger after getting his bag appreciated about the quick response of the Rail Ministry and extended thanks to Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw for developing such a system for the benefit of the passengers.
