Teacher’s Role is Crucial In Shaping Responsible Citizens

The South Central Railway Women’s Welfare Organization (SCRWWO), led by Smt. Jayanthi Mallya, President felicitated the teachers and staff of Vidya Vihar High School, Chilkalguda o­n the eve of Teacher’s Day. The SCRWWO commended the teachers for their dedication and hard work done in imparting quality education to the students. The program was conducted with limited participation of school staff and students duly following Covid protocols such as wearing masks, observing social distancing and use of sanitizers

Smt Jayanthi Mallya, President, SCRWWO speaking o­n the occasion appreciated the teachers for their commitment in guiding every student to achieve excellence. Smt. Mallya stated that a teacher is a friend and guide who imparts good values in students and shapes the students to develop as responsible citizens. She further stated that, teachers play a crucial role o­n imparting different skills and are backbone of each student. She also called upon the students to be obedient towards their teachers and inculcate good behaviour, hard work and respect elders, which will pave the way for a bright future. Smt. Jayanthi Mallya also appreciated all the school staff for their support and contribution in helping students.

During the program, Smt. Jayanthi Mallya, also distributed prizes and snacks to the winners in Co-curricular activities like Clay Moulding, Best from the Waste, etc. Treasurer Mrs. Usha Jain, Mrs. Aruna Viswanath, Jt. Secretary and other executive committee members Mrs. Madhavi Vijay Kumar and Mrs. Aparna Eswar Rao also participated in the program.

SCR Women’s Welfare Organization Distributes Prizes To Winners of Art Competition Held at Vidya Vihar High School





The South Central Railway Women’s Welfare Organization (SCRWWO), led by Smt. Jayanthi Mallya, President distributed prizes to winners of drawing and painting competition held at Vidya Vihar High School, Chilkalguda today i.e., 22nd July, 2021. The competition was conducted for students of all classes from LKG to X standard and the winners were awarded with certificates and prizes for demonstrating their creative artwork. The program was conducted with limited participation, duly following Covid protocols such as wearing masks, observing social distancing and use of sanitizers.

Vidya Vihar High School, Chilkalguda along with imparting quality education to the students has been foremost in taking initiatives to accommodate extracurricular activities such as sports, art, singing and dancing competitions in the school schedule to help the students maintain fitness and also discover their unique and creative strengths which will pave the way for excellence in every aspect of life.

Smt Jayanthi Mallya, President, SCRWWO speaking o­n the occasion congratulated the winners and appreciated all the students for coming forward to take part in the art competition. Smt. Jayanthi Mallya, said that such competitions will help the students to gain more exposure and will help them to be physically and mentally active. She informed the students that participating in extracurricular activities and competitions will help to gain confidence and will bring out their innovative capabilities. She also appreciated the students for their hard work in learning through o­nline class and achieving academic excellence even during the Covid pandemic.

Treasurer Mrs. Usha Jain, Mrs. Aruna Viswanath, Jt. Secretary and executive committee member Mrs. Madhavi Vijay Kumar also participated in the program. The program was concluded with vote of thanks by Headmistress, Mrs. Phani Kumari.
