- SCRWWO distributes new school uniforms to students at Vidya Vihar High School

The South Central Railway Women’s Welfare Organization (SCRWWO), led by Smt. Jayanthi Mallya, President distributed two sets of school uniforms to all the students of Vidya Vihar High School, Chilkalguda, Secunderabad today i.e., 12th November, 2021. Mrs. Usha Jain, Treasurer and other executive committee members were also present o­n the occasion. Vidya Vihar High School is a unit run by SCR Women’s Welfare Organisation and has been a foremost initiative of SCRWWO in imparting quality education and values to children belonging to Railway families as well as the society.

Speaking o­n the occasion, Smt Jayanthi Mallya, President, SCRWWO stated that the school uniform had remained unchanged for many years and the need to introduce a brighter attire was discerned. She expressed that the new uniforms will bring freshness and will motivate the students to carry themselves with confidence and smile apart from discipline. She also called upon the students to inculcate good values and hard work, which will pave the way for a successful and bright future. Smt. Jayanthi Mallya appreciated all the school staff for their relentless support and rendering help to the students.

The students and their parents felt happy for the noble initiative undertaken by SCRWWO and thanked the president o­n the occasion. The program was conducted duly following Covid protocols such as wearing masks, observing social distancing and use of sanitizers.

The South Central Railway Women’s Welfare Organization (SCRWWO), led by Smt. Jayanthi Mallya, President felicitated the teachers and staff of Vidya Vihar High School, Chilkalguda o­n the eve of Teacher’s Day. The SCRWWO commended the teachers for their dedication and hard work done in imparting quality education to the students. The program was conducted with limited participation of school staff and students duly following Covid protocols such as wearing masks, observing social distancing and use of sanitizers

Smt Jayanthi Mallya, President, SCRWWO speaking o­n the occasion appreciated the teachers for their commitment in guiding every student to achieve excellence. Smt. Mallya stated that a teacher is a friend and guide who imparts good values in students and shapes the students to develop as responsible citizens. She further stated that, teachers play a crucial role o­n imparting different skills and are backbone of each student. She also called upon the students to be obedient towards their teachers and inculcate good behaviour, hard work and respect elders, which will pave the way for a bright future. Smt. Jayanthi Mallya also appreciated all the school staff for their support and contribution in helping students.

During the program, Smt. Jayanthi Mallya, also distributed prizes and snacks to the winners in Co-curricular activities like Clay Moulding, Best from the Waste, etc. Treasurer Mrs. Usha Jain, Mrs. Aruna Viswanath, Jt. Secretary and other executive committee members Mrs. Madhavi Vijay Kumar and Mrs. Aparna Eswar Rao also participated in the program.
