                     FEW WR TRAINS AFFECTED DUE TO BLOCK AT

SAYAN YARD IN SURAT - VADODARA SECTION

In connection with the o­ngoing work to increase speed of New Delhi - Mumbai route to 160 kmph, the work of laying of transition system using Geo cell & blanketing materials o­n the approaches and other related work will be undertaken at Bridge No. 471 at Sayan yard in Surat - Vadodara section. To carry out this work, a block of 4.30 hrs will be undertaken o­n UP line from 13.00 hrs, on Sunday, 18^th June, 2023 and hence few Western Railway trains will be cancelled, partially cancelled, regulated and rescheduled.

According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details of these trains are as under:

Trains Cancelled:

1.Train No. 09158 Bharuch ­– Surat MEMU, journey commencing o­n 18.06.2023

2.Train No. 09082 Bharuch ­– Surat MEMU, journey commencing o­n 18.06.2023

Trains Partially Cancelled:

1.   Train No. 09161 Valsad – Vadodara Passenger Special, journey commencing o­n 18.06.2023 is partially cancelled between Surat & Vadodara

2.   Train No. 09162 Vadodara ­– Valsad Passenger Special, journey commencing o­n 18.06.2023 is partially cancelled between Vadodara & Surat

3.   Train No. 19101 Virar - Bharuch ­Express, journey commencing o­n 18.06.2023 is partially cancelled between Surat & Bharuch

Regulation of Trains:

1.Train No. 19020 Haridwar – Bandra Terminus Express of 17^th June, 2023 will be regulated by 50 minutes

Rescheduled Trains:

1.Train No. 16613 Rajkot – Coimbatore Express of 18^th June, 2023 will be rescheduled by 2.45 hrs Ex Rajkot station.

2.Train No. 20902 Gandhinagar Capital – Mumbai Central Vande Express of 18^th June, 2023 will be rescheduled by 1 hr Ex Gandhinagar Capital station.

In view Line Block/Power block for facilitating Engineering Works in Basin Bridge Jn – Vyasarpadi Section for insertion of temporary girder at Bridge No.14 R between Basin Bridge and Vyasarpadi in Chennai Division, the following changes are made in pattern of train Services:

Diversion of Express Trains Services:

ØTrain No. 22647 Korba – Kochuveli Superfast Express leaving Korba at 19.40 hrs o­n 10^thJune, 2023 will be diverted to run via Korukkupet, Washermanpet, Chennai Beach and Chennai Egmore skipping stoppage at Dr MGR Chennai Central.

ØTrain No. 13351 Dhanbad – Alappuzha Express leaving Dhanbad at 11.35 hrs o­n 10^th, 12^th June, 2023 will be diverted to run via Korukkupet, Washermanpet, Chennai Beach and Chennai Egmore skipping stoppage at Dr MGR Chennai Central.

ØTrain No. 22502 New Tinsukia – SMVT Bengaluru Weekly Superfast Express leaving New Tinsukia at 18.05 hrs o­n 09^th June, 2023 will be diverted to down slow Line and skipping stoppage at Perambur. Additional Stoppage will be provided at Tiruvallur for the convenience of passengers

ØTrain No. 22645 Indore – Kochuveli Weekly Express leaving Indore at 16.45 hrs o­n 12^thJune, 2023 will be diverted to run via Vyasarpadi, Washermanpet, Chennai Beach and Chennai Egmore skipping stoppage at Dr MGR Chennai Central

Short Termination of Train Service:

ØTrain No. 22650 Erode – Dr MGR Chennai Central Yercaud Express leaving Erode at 21.00 hrs o­n 11^th and 13^th June, 2023 will be short terminated at Perambur. The train will be partially cancelled between Perambur and Dr MGR Chennai Central

ØTrain No. 22652 Palakkad – Dr MGR Chennai Central leaving Palakkad at 16.10 hrs o­n 13^th June, 2023 will be short terminated at Avadi. The train will be partially cancelled between Avadi and Dr MGR Chennai Central

ØTrain No. 12658 KSR Bengaluru - Dr MGR Chennai Central Mail Express leaving KSR Bengaluru at 22.40 hrs o­n 13^th June, 2023 will be short terminated at Avadi. The train will be partially cancelled between Avadi and Dr MGR Chennai Central
