RPF OF MYSURU DIVISION NABBED E-TICKET TOUTS

On information of e-touting activities during these unprecedented time of Global Pandemic, Railway Protection Force of Mysuru Division was in action mode and actively collected information about the touts operating over Mysuru Division.

The team collected the PNRs, had it analyzed through software and then zeroed in o­n the suspected tout. o­n 22.04.2021, Post Commander, Hassan & Sub Inspector, Crime Intelligence Branch with team under the able guidance of Shri Thomas John, Divisional Security Commissioner (DSC/MYS) conducted a search at SJ Mobile & Internet Center, Arsikere Road, B Katihalli Koppalu, Hassan-573201 and arrested the accused by name Poornesh B D S/O Dharmappa with the seizure of 14 nos of e -tickets worth Rs 3,106-/ and o­ne mobile phone with computer accessories. In this connection, a case has been registered at Hassan post vide RA Cr no 76/2021 U/S 143 of Railways Act 1989.
