CANCELLATION OF TRAFFIC BLOCK 

Kolkata, March 11, 2021:

   Press release ( No. 2021/02/7 dtd:03.02.2021) was issued earlier regarding traffic Block, imposed for track maintenance work  o­n Down Line  between Baghnapara & Jirat Stations in Katwa-Bandel section commencing  from 04.02.2021 and was scheduled to continue  until 04.05.2021. The Traffic Block has now been cancelled w.e.f. 12.03.2021.

 Hence, the EMU local no.  37748, which was reschedule earlier, will now leave from Katwa at its scheduled departure time from 12.03.2021.

TRAFFIC BLOCK FOR TRACK MAINTENANCE WORK 

Kolkata, February 03, 2021:

 Due to track maintenance work, 180 minutes ( 12:00 hrs to 15:30 hrs) Traffic Block will be imposed o­n Down Line  between Baghnapara & Jirat Stations in Katwa-Bandel section from 04.02.2021 to 04.05.2021 ( 90 days ).
 Consequently, 37748 will leave Katwa at 14:30 hrs. instead of its schedule departure at 13:00 hrs. during the block period ( i.e. 04.02.2021 to 04.05.2021) excluding o­n every Monday, Wednesday & Friday upto 05.03.2021 when it leaves at 15:00 hrs. for track maintenance work between Katwa & Patuli Stations. 
          Passengers are requested to plan their journey accordingly.  Inconvenience is regretted.
