DIVERSION OF SHAKTIPUNJ EXPRESS

Kolkata, December 22, 2022:

Due to pre non-interlocking/ non-interlocking work in connection with commissioning of Electronic Interlocking at Garwa Road, Tolra & Rajhura stations in Dhanbad Division over East Central Railway, 11447/11448 Jabalpur – Howrah – Jabalpur Shaktipunj Express, earlier decided to divert and which was notified vide Press Release No. 2022/12/41 dated 13.12.2022, has been modified as under:-

11447 Jabalpur - Howrah Shaktipunj Express (journey commencing o­n 23.12.2022) will be diverted via Prayagraj Chheoki - Gaya - Dhanbad instead of Mahdeiya – Chopan – Garwa Road – Barkakana.

11447 Jabalpur - Howrah Shaktipunj Express (journey commencing from 24.12.2022 to 26.12.2022) will be diverted via Garwa – Sigsigi – Japla – Sigsigi - Garwa Road – Barkakana instead of Prayagraj Chheoki – Gaya.

11448 Howrah - Jabalpur Shaktipunj Express (journey commencing from 24.12.2022 to 27.12.2022) will be diverted via Garwa Road – Sigsigi – Japla – Sigsigi - Garwa instead of Dhanbad – Gaya – Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay – Prayagraj Chheoki. 

Inconvenience to be caused to the passengers is deeply regretted.

REGULATION OF TRAINS FOR BRIDGE MAINTENANCE WORK IN EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY

Kolkata, May 10, 2022:

 

For maintenance of bridge no 1 in between Samastipur & Muktapur stations, 06.00 hours (09:45 hrs. to 14.45 hrs.) Traffic & Power block has been planned o­n 14.05.2022 (Saturday) & 17.05.2022 (Tuesday). Consequently, 13043 Howrah - Raxaul Express (Journey Commencing o­n 13.05.2022) & 17005 Hyderabad Decan - Raxaul Express (Journey Commencing o­n 12.05.2022) will be diverted via Samastipur - Muzaffarpur - Sitamarhi instead of Samastipur - Darbhanga - Sitamarhi and 15553 Bhagalpur- Jaynagar Express (Journey Commencing o­n 14.05.2022) will be rescheduled by 120 minutes from Bhagalpur.

Inconvenience caused to the passengers is deeply regretted.
