TEMPORARY STOPPAGE OF TRAINS AT DORNAHALLI HALT

In celebration of the Annual Feast to Facilitate St. Antony's Basillica Festival from June 11 to June 14, 2023, South Western Railway has decided to provide a o­ne minute temporary stoppage for the following three pairs of trains at Dornahalli halt station. The details are as follows:

1.The first pair of trains, Train No. 16585/16586 Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru – Mangaluru Central - Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru Daily Express, will have a o­ne minute temporary stoppage at Dornahalli halt station with effect from the journey commencing from both sides from June 10 to June 13, 2023.

ØTrain No. 16585 will arrive / depart at Dornahalli halt at 12:11/12:12 AM.

ØTrain No. 16586 will arrive / depart at Dornahalli halt at 02:15/02:16 AM.

2.The second pair of trains, Train No. 16225/16226 Mysuru – Shivamogga Town - Mysuru Daily Express, will have a o­ne minute temporary stoppage at Dornahalli halt station with effect from the journey commencing from both sides from June 11 to June 14, 2023.

ØTrain No. 16225 will arrive / depart at Dornahalli halt at 10:41/10:42 AM.

ØTrain No. 16226 will arrive / depart at Dornahalli halt at 03:50/03:51 PM.

3.The third pair of trains, Train No. 16222/16221 Mysuru – Talguppa - Mysuru Kuvempu Daily Express, will have a o­ne minute temporary stoppage at Dornahalli halt station with effect from the journey commencing from both sides from June 11 to June 14, 2023.

ØTrain No. 16222 will arrive / depart at Dornahalli halt at 02:35/02:36 PM.

ØTrain No. 16221 will arrive / depart at Dornahalli halt at 02:20/02:21 PM.

24 STATIONS ARE COVERED WITH“ONE STATION o­nE PRODUCT” OUTLETS IN JHARKHAND TO PROVIDE A MARKET FOR LOCAL/INDIGENOUS PRODUCTS

Kolkata, 16th May, 2023:

Ministry of Railways has launched ‘One Station o­ne Product’ (OSOP) scheme over Indian Railways with objectives to promote ‘Vocal for Local’ vision of the Government of India, provide a market for local/indigenous products and create additional income opportunities for the marginalized sections of the society. Under the scheme, OSOP outlets at railway stations are allotted for showcasing, selling and giving high visibility to indigenous/local products. The pilot of the scheme was started o­n 25.03.2022 and as o­n 01.05.2023, altogether 728 stations are covered with 785 OSOP outlets in 21 States and 3 Union Territories across the country. In the State of Jharkhand, 25 outlets of ‘One Station o­ne Product’ at 24 stations have been started. For uniformity, these OSOP stalls are designed through National Design Institute. Cumulative Direct Beneficiaries from March 2022 till 01.05.2023 is 25,109.

‘One Station o­ne Product’ are specific to that place and include artefacts made by indigenous tribes, handlooms by local weavers, handicrafts like world famous wood carving, tribal jwellery, spices tea, coffee and other processed/semi processed food items/products indigenously grown in the area.
