FEW TRAINS AFFECTED DUE TO NON – INTERLOCKING WORK AT JIWDHARA - PIPRA - CHAKIA SECTIONS IN 

SAMASTIPUR DIVISION OF EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY

 

In view of the o­ngoing Doubling work at Jiwdhara - Pipra - Chakia sections in Samastipur Division of East Central Railway, few WR trains will be diverted & rescheduled.


According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details of these trains are as under:

Diversion of Trains:

1.     Train No. 19037 Bandra Terminus – Barauni Avadh Express of 25th & 27th March, 2023 will be diverted via Sagauli Jn. - Raxaul Jn. – Sitamarhi - Muzaffarpur Jn.

 

2.   Train No. 19038 Barauni - Bandra Terminus Avadh Express of 27th, 28th & 29thMarch, 2023 will be diverted via Muzaffarpur Jn. – Sitamarhi - Raxaul Jn. - Sagauli Jn.

 

3.Train No. 09452 Bhagalpur – Gandhidham Special of 27th March, 2023 will be diverted via Muzaffarpur Jn. – Sitamarhi - Raxaul Jn. - Sagauli Jn.

 

4.Train No. 19270 Muzaffarpur – Porbandar Express of 27th March, 2023 will be diverted via Muzaffarpur Jn. – Sitamarhi - Raxaul Jn. - Sagauli Jn.

Railways will extend the run of following festival special trains as per details given below
1. Mumbai-Chhapra Festival Special Weekly
05101 festival special will leave Chhapra o­n every Tuesday from 8.12.2020 to 29.12.202005102 festival special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus o­n every Friday from 11.12.2020 to 1.1.2021.
Halts, Timings and composition: No change
2. Mumbai-Raxaul Festival Special Weekly
05267 festival special will leave Raxaul Jn. o­n every Saturday at 15.45 hrs from 12.12.2020 to 26.12.2020 and arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 05.50 hrs o­n third day.05268 festival special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus o­n every Monday at 16.40 hrs from 14.12.2020 to 28.12.2020 and arrive Raxaul Jn. at 07.45 hrs o­n third day.
Halts: Kalyan, Nashik Road, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Pipariya, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagraj Jn., Gyanpur Road, Varanasi, Ghazipur City, Ballia, Chhapra, Dighwara, Sonpur, Hajipur Jn., Muzaffarpur Jn., Bapudham Motihari, Sagauli Jn.
Composition: No change
Reservation: Bookings for fully reserved festival specials 05102 and 05268 o­n special charges will open o­n 8.12.2020 at all computerized reservation centres and o­n website www.irctc.co.in.
