Shri Arun Kumar Jain, General Manager (In-Charge), South Central Railway undertook inspection between Kacheguda - Kurnool Section of Hyderabad Division today i.e., 27th July, 2022. He was accompanied by Shri Sharat Chandrayan, Divisional Railway Manager, Hyderabad Division and other senior officials throughout the inspection.

Shri Arun Kumar Jain commenced the inspection from Umdanagar to Timmapur section and reviewed track safety aspects. He inspected Timmapur Railway station where he reviewed the passenger amenities available, he also inspected the station master’s office and circulating area. He proceeded o­nto Balnagar Railway station and inspected the station premises including station master’s office, relay room and circulating area. He also interacted with the staff members about the work environment and examined official records.

The General Manager conducted a detailed inspection of Jadcherla Railway station, he reviewed passenger amenities and met with public representatives and received representations regarding improvements and additional facilities in station. He also inspected the goods siding and Hamali’s rest room at Jadcherla and planted saplings to promote green environment. Subsequently, he inspected Mahbubnagar Railway station and goods siding. He also visited the ‘One Station o­ne Product’ store set up at Mahbubnagar Station to encourage local artisans and product.

Shri Arun Kumar Jain visited Gadwal Railway station and inspected the station premises, examined the quality of food items at refreshments stall o­n platform no 1. He also inspected Dupadu Railway station and reviewed the passenger amenities, circulating area etc., Later, the General Manager conducted a detailed inspection of Kurnool City Railway station. He reviewed the passenger amenities, station master’s office and circulating area. He also visited the ‘One Station o­ne Product’ Store set up at Kurnool City Station. He inspected the goods siding at Kurnool and discussed o­n further improvement plans with the officials and local traders.
