Vande Bharat Express flagged off today by Hon’ble Prime Minister to commence regular service from 19th October - To run six days in a week

Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi flagged off the inaugural run of the new Vande Bharat Express from Amb Andaura, Una to New Delhi, today.

Train No. 22447/22448 New Delhi- Amb Andaura- New Delhi Vande Bharat Express shall commence its regular service from 19^th October, 2022. This train will run six days a week (except Friday). Vande Bharat Express is a train set rake of 16 Coaches comprising of Executive Class and Chair Car coaches.

·Executive Class – Rs 2240 (with Catering), Rs. 1890 (without catering)

With the composition of One- AC Two Tier Coach, Four- AC 3 Tier Coaches, Six- Sleeper Class Coaches, Six- General Second Class Coaches and Two- Luggage cum Brake Vans, Train No. 08637 Hatia – Bangalore Cantonment Weekly Special Fare Special via Katpadi, Jolarpettai will leave Hatia at 18.25 hrs o­n 19^th and 26^th June, 2021(Saturdays) and reach Bangalore Cantonment at 03.15 hrs, the third day (Two Services)

In return Train No. 08638 Bangalore Cantonment - Hatia Weekly Special Fare Special via Jolarpettai, Katpadi will leave Bangalore Cantonment at 00.20 hrs o­n 22^nd and 29^th June, 2021 (Tuesdays) and reach Hatai at 11.15 hrs, the second day (Two Services)
