WESTERN RAILWAY TO RUN SUMMER SPECIAL TRAIN ON SPECIAL FARE BETWEEN UDHNA - BHAGAT KI KOTHI & BANDRA TERMINUS - GORAKHPUR

WESTERN RAILWAY TO RUN SUMMER SPECIAL TRAIN o­n SPECIAL FARE BETWEEN UDHNA - BHAGAT KI KOTHI & BANDRA TERMINUS - GORAKHPUR

For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Western Railway has decided to run summer special train o­n Special fare between Udhna - Bhagat Ki Kothi and between Bandra Terminus - Gorakhpur.

According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details of the train are as under:

1.Train No. 04814/04813 Udhna – Bhagat Ki Kothi Superfast Special [8 TRIPS]

Train No. 04814 Udhna – Bhagat Ki Kothi Special will depart from Udhna every Sunday at 05.50 hrs. & will reach Bhagat Ki Kothi at 18.00 hrs. the same day. This train will run from 11th June, 2023 to 02nd July, 2023. Similarly, Train No. 04813 Bhagat Ki Kothi – Udhna Superfast Special will depart from Bhagat Ki Kothi every Saturday at 16.00 hrs. & will reach Udhna at 04.00 hrs. the next day. This train will run from 10th June, 2023 to 01st July, 2023.

Enroute this train will halt at Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad, Sabarmati, Mahesana, Palanpur, Abu Road, Falna, Marwar, Pali Marwar and Luni stations in both directions. This train comprises of AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second-Class Coaches.

2.Train No. 05054/05053 Bandra Terminus - Gorakhpur Special [2 Trips]

Train No. 05054 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Special will depart from Bandra Terminus o­n Saturday, 10th June, 2023 at 22.45 and reach Gorakhpur at 06.25 hrs o­n Monday. Similarly, Train No. 05053 will depart from Gorakhpur o­n Friday, 9th June, 2023 at 09.30 hrs and arrive Bandra Terminus at 16.00 hrs, the next day. 

 Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Gangapur City, Agra fort, Tundla, Kanpur Central, Aishbag, Badshah Nagar, Gonda, Basti and  Khalilabad stations in both directions.

This train comprises General Second Class coaches.

The booking for Train No. 04814 will open from 09.06.2023 at all PRS Counters and o­n IRCTC website. The above trains will run as special train o­n special fare. For detailed information regarding timings of halts and composition, passengers may please visit www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in.

CHANGES IN THE PATTERN OF TRAIN SERVICES DUE TO DERAILMENT OF TRAINS AT BAHANAGA BAZAR


Due to derailments of Train No.12841 Shalimar – Chennai Coromondel Express and Train No.12864 Yeswantpur – Howrah Superfast Express between 18.55 hrs to 19.00 hrs at Bahanaga Bazar (25 Km from Balasore) in Kharagpur – Bhadrak section o­n 2nd June 2023,through running of train traffic has been affected. Rescue and Relief operations are o­n in full swingFurther Details are awaited.

·Train No.22877 Howrah – Ernakulam Antyodaya Express leaving Howrah at 14.55 hrs o­n 3rd June 2023 is cancelled.

·Train No.12841 Shalimar – Dr MGR Chennai Central Coromandel Express leaving Shalimar at 15.20 hrs o­n 3rd June 2023 is cancelled.

·Train No.12840 Dr MGR Chennai Central – Howrah leaving Chennai at 19.20 hrs o­n 3rd June 2023 is cancelled.

Trains Diverted :-

·Train No.12664 Tiruchchirappalli – Howrah which left Tiruchchirappalli at 13.35 hrs o­n 2nd June 2023 is diverted to run via Vizianagaram – Titlagarh – Sambalpur – Jharsuguda – Rourkela – Tatanagar – Asanboni – Kharagpur

·Train No.15630 Silghat Town – Tambaram Nagaon Express that left Silghat Town at 10.10 hrs o­n 2nd June 2023 is diverted to run via Asansol – Chandil Songari – Rourkela – Jharsuguda – Cuttack
