WESTERN RAILWAY TO RUN SUMMER SPECIAL TRAIN on SPECIAL FARE BETWEEN UDHNA - BHAGAT KI KOTHI & BANDRA TERMINUS - GORAKHPUR For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Western Railway has decided to run summer special train on Special fare between Udhna - Bhagat Ki Kothi and between Bandra Terminus - Gorakhpur. According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details of the train are as under: 1.Train No. 04814/04813 Udhna – Bhagat Ki Kothi Superfast Special [8 TRIPS] Train No. 04814 Udhna – Bhagat Ki Kothi Special will depart from Udhna every Sunday at 05.50 hrs. & will reach Bhagat Ki Kothi at 18.00 hrs. the same day. This train will run from 11th June, 2023 to 02nd July, 2023. Similarly, Train No. 04813 Bhagat Ki Kothi – Udhna Superfast Special will depart from Bhagat Ki Kothi every Saturday at 16.00 hrs. & will reach Udhna at 04.00 hrs. the next day. This train will run from 10th June, 2023 to 01st July, 2023. Enroute this train will halt at Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad, Sabarmati, Mahesana, Palanpur, Abu Road, Falna, Marwar, Pali Marwar and Luni stations in both directions. This train comprises of AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second-Class Coaches. 2.Train No. 05054/05053 Bandra Terminus - Gorakhpur Special [2 Trips] Train No. 05054 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Special will depart from Bandra Terminus on Saturday, 10th June, 2023 at 22.45 and reach Gorakhpur at 06.25 hrs on Monday. Similarly, Train No. 05053 will depart from Gorakhpur on Friday, 9th June, 2023 at 09.30 hrs and arrive Bandra Terminus at 16.00 hrs, the next day. Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Gangapur City, Agra fort, Tundla, Kanpur Central, Aishbag, Badshah Nagar, Gonda, Basti and Khalilabad stations in both directions. This train comprises General Second Class coaches. The booking for Train No. 04814 will open from 09.06.2023 at all PRS Counters and on IRCTC website. 72 ‘One Station one Product’ outlets across Maharashtra on 69 Railway Stations Objective to promote ‘Vocal for Local’ vision and provide a market for local/indigenous products Ministry of Railways had launched the ‘One Station one Product’ (OSOP) scheme over Indian Railways with objectives to promote the ‘Vocal for Local’ vision of the Government of India, provide a market for local/indigenous products and create additional income opportunities for the marginalised sections of society. Under the scheme, OSOP outlets at railway stations are allotted for showcasing, selling and giving high visibility to indigenous/local products. The pilot of the scheme was started on 25.03.2022 and as of 15.05.2023, 69 railway stations are covered with 72 OSOP outlets across the state of Maharashtra. These OSOP stalls have been designed by the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad for uniformity throughout Indian Railways. ‘One Station one Product’ is specific to that place and includes artefacts made by indigenous tribes, handlooms by local weavers, handicrafts like world-famous wood carving, chikankari and zari-zardozi work on clothes, or spices tea, coffee and other processed/semi-processed food items/products indigenously grown in the area.
