WESTERN RAILWAY TO EXTEND TRIP OF BANDRA TERMINUS - GORAKHPUR SUMMER SPECIAL TRAIN For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Western Railway has decided to extend the trip of Train No. 05054/05053 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Weekly Summer Special train on Special fare on existing composition, timings, stoppages, etc. According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, details of the train is as under: â—Train No. 05054/05053 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Weekly Summer Special Train No. 05054 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Special will now have an additional trip on 24th June, 2023. Similarly, Train No. 05053 Gorakhpur - Bandra Terminus Special will now have an additional trip on 23rd June, 2023. The booking of extended trips of Train No. 05054 will open from 18th June, 2023 at PRS counters & on IRCTC website. Shri Arun Kumar Jain, General Manager, South Central Railway undertook inspection of Secunderabad – Vikarabad section of Secunderabad Division today i.e., Shri Arun Kumar Jain conducted a detailed inspection by locomotive from Secunderabad to Vikarabad. He conducted a thorough examination of the safety aspects of tracks and signalling systems. He also examined the safety procedures being followed by the loco pilots, functioning of speedometer, speedograph, brakes etc., Later, the General Manager inspected Vikarabad Railway station wherein he reviewed the passenger amenities and facilities available at the station including booking office, Passenger Reservation Systems, waiting hall, toilets and Foot Over Bridge etc. He also inspected the relay room and ‘A Cabin’ at the station and examined the entries. Shri Arun Kumar Jain inspected the station masters office, running room, and circulating area at Vikarabad Railway station. The General Manager interacted with the staff and discussed oÂn further developmental plans with the officials.
