16513 KARWAR EXP

Train No. 16513/16514 is now renumbered as 16595/16596.  These trains will not run via Mangalore Central and Mangalore Junction.  It will bypass Mangalore area from Suratkal towards Bantwala and vice-versa.  Passengers with confirmed reserved accommodation Ex.Mangalore towards Karwar or Bangalore side by Train No.16513/16514 have the option of taking full refund in case they wish to avoid the journey.  Passengers also have the option of boarding Train No.16595/16596 from Suratkal or Bantwala.

            With effect from 12.03.2020, Train No.16523/16524 will not run via Mangalore Central Junction.  Passengers who have already reserved by these trains will have the option of taking full refund.  Passengers with confirmed reservation by Train No.16524 may also board Train No.16596 at Bantwala or Suratkal.

PARTIAL CANCELLATION / DIVERSION OF TRAIN

Following trains will be partially cancelled/diverted due to Landslide between Padil – Kulashekhara section of Palakkad Division of Southern Railway as detailed below: -

PARTIAL CANCELLATION:

1.Train No. 16513 KSR Bengaluru –Karwar Express of 29.08.2019 is partially cancelled between Mangaluru Central – Karwar.

2.Train No. 16524 Karwar – KSR Bengaluru Express of 30.08.2019 is partially cancelled between Karwar–Mangaluru Central.

DIVERSION:

1.Train No. 07316 Vellankanni – Vasco Da Gama Tatkal Express Special of 29.08.2019 is diverted to run via Erode,Salem, Jolarpettai, Renigunta, Cuddapah, Guntakal,Ballari,Hubballi, Londa, Madgaoninstead ofTiruchchirappalli, Coimbatore, Shoranur,Mangaluru Jn, Madgaon.

2.Train No. 00108 Vellankanni – Sawantwadi Road Tatkal Express Special of 29.08.2019 is diverted to run via Erode,Salem, Jolarpettai, Renigunta, Cuddapah, Guntakal,Ballari,Hubballi, Londa, Madgaon instead of Tiruchchirappalli, Coimbatore, Shoranur,Mangaluru Jn, Madgaon.
