In view of Line Block/Traffic Block for facilitating Upgradation work between Tiruvennainallur and Pandaravadai Section of Tiruchchirappalli Division, the following changes are made in the pattern of train services:

Partial Cancellation of Train Service:

Train No. 06692 Mayiladuturai –Villupuram Jn Express Special scheduled to leave Mayiladuthurai Jn at 15.45 hrs o­n 24^th, 25^th, 26^th 27^th, 31^st January 2023 will be partially cancelled between Mayiladuturai and Cuddalore Port. The train will commence journey from Cuddalore port at its scheduled departure time of 17.22 hrs o­n the mentioned dates

Diversion of Train Services:

·Train No. 20973 Ajmer – Rameswaram Superfast Humsafar Weekly Express scheduled to leave Ajmer Jn at 20.20 hrs o­n 31^st December, 2022 & 07^th, 14^th, 21^st & 28^th January, 2023 will be diverted to run via Villupuram, Cuddalore Port and Vridhachalam

Rescheduling of Train Services:

·Train No. 06695 Mayiladuturai – Thiruvarur Express Special scheduled to leave Mayiladuturai Jn at 18.15 hrs o­n 24^th, 25^th, 26^th 27^th of January, 2023 will be rescheduled to leave Mayiladuturai Jn at 18.55 hrs (Late by 40 mins)

·Train No. 06542 Tiruvarur – Mayiladuturai Express Special scheduled to leave Tiruvarur Jn at hrs o­n 20.20 hrs from 23^rd January, 2023 to 31^st January, 2023 will be rescheduled to leave Tiruvarur Jn at 20.30 hrs (Late by 10 mins)

·Train No. 06874 Thanjavur – Mayiladuthurai Express Special scheduled to leave Thanjavur at 10.05 hrs from 01^st January, 2023 to 31^st January, 2023 will be   rescheduled to leave Thanjavur Jn at 11.40hrs (Late by 1 hr 35 mins)

As approved by the Railway Board, the following unreserved Express specials will be resumed with effect from 23^rd May, 2022 in both directions as detailed below.

1. Train No. 06816 / 06817 Coimbatore Junction – Mettupalayam – Coimbatore Junction Unreserved MEMU Express Specials (Except Sunday)

Train No. 06816 Coimbatore Junction – Mettupalayam Unreserved MEMU Express Special (Except Sunday) will leave Coimbatore Junction at 15.45 hrs o­n and from 23^rd May, 2022 and reach Mettupalayam at 16.30 hrs the same day.

In the return direction, Train No. 06817 Mettupalaiyam – Coimbatore Junction Unreserved MEMU Express Special (Except Sunday) will leave Mettupalayam at 16.45 hrs o­n and from 23^rd May, 2022 and reach Coimbatore Junction at 17.30 hrs the same day.

2. Train No. 06896 / 06895 Salem Junction – Vriddhachalam Junction – Salem Junction Unreserved DEMU Express Specials (Except Sunday)

Train No. 06896 Salem Junction – Vriddhachalam Junction Unreserved DEMU Express Special (Except Sunday) will leave Salem Junction at 10.05 hrs o­n and from 23^rd May, 2022 and reach Vriddhachalam Junction at 13.05 hrs the same day.

In the return direction, Train No. 06895 Vriddhachalam Junction – Salem Junction Unreserved DEMU Express Special (Except Sunday) will leave Vriddhachalam Junction at 14.05 hrs o­n and from 23^rd May, 2022 and reach Salem Junction at 17.05 hrs the same day.
