REGULATION OF TRAIN SERVICES DUE TO DEVELOPMENTAL WORKS

IN SOUTHERN RAILWAY

Kolkata, 8^thJuly, 2021:

It has been decided that the following trains will be diverted and rescheduled for strengthening of Rod Over Bridge at Katpadi yard and developmental works between Latteri and Arakkonam in Southern Railway.

Diversion of Trains:-

Â·06169 Purulia-Villupuram Special leaving Purulia on 09.7.2021, 12.7.2021, 16.7.2021, 19.7.2021 and 23.7.2021 will run on diverted route via Tiruttani-Melpakkam-Kanchipuram-Chengalpattu-Villupuram skipping stoppages at Katpadi, Vellore Cantt and Tiruvannamalai.

Â·06170 Villupuram-Purulia Special leaving Villupuram on 10.07.2021 will run on diverted route via Villupuram-Chengalpattu-Kanchipuram- Melpakkam-Tiruttani skipping stoppages at Tiruvannamalai, Vellore Cantt and Katpadi.

Â·06177 Kharagpur-Villupuram Special leaving Kharagpur on 22.07.2021 will run on diverted route via Tiruttani-Melpakkam-Kanchipuram-Chengalpattu-Villupuram skipping stoppages at Katpadi, Vellore Cantt and Tiruvannamalai.

Â·06178 Villupuram-Kharagpur Special leaving Villupuram on 13.07.2021 will run on diverted route via Villupuram-Chengalpattu-Kanchipuram-Melpakkam-Tiruttani skipping stoppages at Tiruvannamalai, Vellore Cantt and Katpadi.

Rescheduling of Trains:-

Â·06598 Howrah-Yesvantpur Special scheduled to leave Howrah at 12.40 hrs on 20.07.2021 will be rescheduled to leave Howrah at 13.30 hrs.

Â·08189 Tatanagar-Ernakulam Special scheduled to leave Tatanagar at 05.15 hrs on 22.07.2021 and 25.07.2021 will be rescheduled to leave Tatanagar at 06.15 hrs.
