Kolkata, March 27, 2023 : Railway has decided to provide additional stoppage of 12323/12324 Howrah – Barmer – Howrah Bi-Weekly Express (leaving Howrah on 31.03.2023 & with effect from 01.04.2023 and leaving Barmer on 01.04.2023 & with effect from 02.04.2023) at Loharu station on an experimental basis for a period of six months. 12323 Howrah – Barmer Bi-Weekly Express will arrive at Loharu station at 18:35 hrs and 12324 Barmer – Howrah Bi-Weekly Express will arrive Loharu at 04:01 hrs. The train will stop at Loharu station for 2 minutes in both directions. 2

*General Manager awarded 05 railway staff of NCR for extraordinary commitment towards safety* *ShriLakshminarayanMeenaconferred with "Employee of the Month Award" for the month of February* On 14.03.2023 General Manager, North Central Railway, ShriSatish Kumar conferred awards to staff for their alertness and contribution towards safety in train operations in the presence of PHODs of North Central Railway. 05 Railway staff were conferred with Safety awards by the General Manager on the occasion. Awarded employees include Shri Suresh Chandra/Lohar/Gaipura/Prayagraj Division, ShriMukesh Chandra/Trackman/Brahmavad/Agra Division, ShriNarendra Kumar/Pointsman/Kanpur/Prayagraj Division, Shri Manish Prajapati /Kantewala/Niwari/Jhansi Division and ShriLaxmi Narayan Meena/Train Manager Mail/Tundla/Prayagraj Division. ShriLakshminarayanMeena, was awarded the Safety Award for the Employee of the month of February, 2023. on 16.02.23 While on duty in train no. 02563 Shri Lakshmi Narayan Meena in Govindpur-Panki block section, informed that the fourth coach from brake van caught fire due to brake block jam. He immediately stopped the train and extinguished the fire of all four trolleys of the coach with the help of fire extinguisher. Due to the timely, vigilant and prompt action of the Train Manager, a possible disaster could be averted. Thus he has rendered excellent service in the line of his duty with extraordinary commitment and full dedication. |
