TRAFFIC BLOCK FOR OVERHEAD EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE WORK

Kolkata, 19 September, 2019:-

For maintenance of overhead equipment(OHE) in Barasat-Bangaon-Ranaghat section, Trafic & Power block will be required for 4Â½ hours (00.30 hrs. to 05.00 hrs.) on 06(six) Saturday/Sunday nights between 21/22 September and 16/17 November, 2019.

Consequently, 33711/33712 Ranaghat-Bangaon-Ranaghat locals will remain cancelled on Sundays during the period.

Besides,

ïƒ˜33863 Up Sealdah-Bangaon local will short terminate at Chandpara and 33814 Down will short originate from Chandpara.

ïƒ˜33861 Sealdah-Bangaon local will short terminate at Gobardanga and 33812 Down Bangaon-Sealdah local will short originate from Gobordanga.

Moreover, 33811 Up Sealdah-Bangaon local will be controlled enroute upto Chandpara till the cancellation of bock on Sundays.

Out of total 68 EMU local in Barasat â€“Bangaon section, only 02 EMU Locals will remain cancelled, 2 will short terminate & 2 will short originate for the block.
